Working with these clear acrylic mediums has been an exercise in learning about mutually respectful relationship. This medium has such reclusive, weird beauty I’ve had to take time, experiment and inquire into it respectfully and attentively. Find what it likes to do, learn how to help it express itself—and eventually let it ask questions of me.
